Immigrating to Canada in this way requires the applicant to be extraordinarily unique and active in cultural, athletic, and artistic performances and activities.

The applicant should be:

• a phenomenal performer

• or an artist such as a professional athlete

• a professional sports referee, a creative literary writer

• a professional photographer

• or any other individual who has been successful in these fields

In addition to those above points, in order to be eligible to apply for this type of visa:

​

• the applicant has to have 2 years of professional job experience out of five years in one of those activities mentioned above

• they must have a professional background and have the enthusiasm in participating in athletic, cultural and artistic performances in Canada

• they must be creatively unique in their own fields

• and they must be able to financially meet their needs for at least 6 months in Canada until they can establish themselves as well-known performers, artists, or athletes
