Visitor’s Visa

If the applicant is interested in establishing their business and living in Canada for a long time, taking a trip to Canada can be a great choice because they will be able to consider their situation and at the same time go sightseeing in Canada whether it can be a suitable place to live and do business.

There are three kinds of visitor’s visa:

1. “Single Entry” Visa: As the name signifies, the applicant is granted one-time entry to Canada and if they are interested in coming to Canada as a visitor again, they have to repeat the procedure of visitor visa. The applicant is allowed to stay in Canada for no longer than 6 months.

2. “Multiple Entry” Visa: This kind of visa permits the applicant to have multiple entries to Canada, and in each entry, they are allowed to stay in Canada for maximum 6 months although it is possible to extend the visa based on some given conditions. Multiple-Entry Visa is valid between 5 to 10 years.

3. “Super” Visa: This type of visa is only issued for parents, and grand-parents whose children or their grand-children are Canadian citizens. By having super visa, they are able to enter Canada multiple times for a period up to 10 years. In each entry, they are able to stay for 2 years.
